At St. Austin’s Parish Msongari, our staff members are dedicated servants of the Church who work together to support the spiritual, pastoral, and administrative life of our parish. Our staff supports the clergy and parish leadership in various ministries including liturgy, pastoral care, administration, finance, communication, catechesis, youth ministry, and community outreach. Each member brings unique gifts and talents that help create a welcoming and vibrant parish environment where faith can grow and flourish.

Working behind the scenes and on the front lines of parish life, our staff helps coordinate Masses, sacraments, parish programs, events, and social services. They also assist parishioners with information, guidance, and pastoral support, ensuring that everyone who interacts with the parish experiences hospitality and care.
